The US spends more money than any other nation on cyber. Why are the US regulating cyber security, the DoJ working on its Civil Cyber Fraud initiative or the DoD putting effort into DIB cybersecurity?
One wonders if the days of the ‘carrot’ are in their twilight years and the days of the ‘stick’ are on the way, as the effect of market forces on cybersecurity is felt.
