There will be a few companies looking at their Crowdstrike contracts with the General Counsel, following the recent incident. Asking ‘what if’.

It will be interesting to see what the response by Crowdstrike lawyers to Delta will have. One is not convinced that telling a customer the effects of an incident caused by a Cr
owdstrike system update is the customer’s fault.

One suspects there will be alot of soul searching ahead for companies and contracts with MSPs. One suspects that Cyber and ICT risk governance will be high on the Q4 board agenda and market reporting.
