There’s obviously a demand for the services that Delve offer. But growing to fast is no excuse for quality if you offer products and services in a industry built on trust and compliance. More so as cyber regulation and compliance takes hold across the US and EU. Regulation that will drive legal and compliance risk in the board room.
Time will tell if the companies audits were thorough enough to warrant certificates of compliance for ISO27001 and SoC assurance. With the complexity of ISO compliance, one suspects the re-evaluation will identify deficiencies, raising questions of compliance and contracts, and legal challenges.
