This is one to watch. With the ECJ hearing testimony on Facebook and its protection of data belonging to EU citizens and from intervention by US security agencies.

With the ICO issuing fines on data breaches this week and data privacy high on the agenda. I’m intrigued to see how this plays out. With the EU a big market for Facebook, who will blink first.
