To all my old friends, my new friends and those that will become my friend in 2024. I wish you all a happy New Year.

Looking back into 2023 I want to thank Ted Dziekanowski for helping me write many thoughts leadership papers on cybersecurity risk management and cyber risk transfer. I want to thank Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA for presenting with me many times during the year, discussing cybersecurity risk management and corporate fiduciary responsibilities. I want to thank The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., the ECIIA | European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing, Hill Dickinson LLP, Thompson Reuters and International Security Journal (ISJ) for supporting communicate the cybersecurity risk management and cyber regulatory message. That drove nearly 1,500,000 impressions in 2023.

I’m looking forward to 2024 and building Veritas GRC with Brian D. McCarthy, Rich Waite, M.Ed., George Sawyer and Ted Dziekanowski, and U.S legal partners. As we deliver board cyber-legal, risk management, education and advisory services, in the U.S and across the EU. In pursuit of board cyber risk management governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
