US healthcare company, the American Medical Collection Agency, reported a data breach which exposed client records. Including 12 Million from a clinical testing company, Quest diagnostics. The information from the AMCA over a period of time, between August 2018 and March 2019.
It brings into question the relationship between vendors and third parties and how to protect critical PII.
