Very concerning, a critical underwater internet cable linking Finland to Germany has been severed. Raising concerns that the cable was sabotaged.
At the same time Finlands transport and communications ministry issued new crisis guidelines, including information on what to do in the event of disruptions to telecommunications infrastructure.
