We are now seeing a change in how investors perceive corporate governance. As shareholders in Crowdstrike file a lawsuit against the company alleging materially false and misleading assurances.

‘The lawsuit, which was filed in Austin, Texas, alleging Crowdstrike assured investors that its platform was “validated, tested, and certified,” despite the fact it didn’t have adequate procedures for testing and updating the platform’.

Crowdstrike has lost 32% in the 12 days wiping out $25bn of its market cap.

Are we now starting to see investors pay attention to ICT risk and corporate statements?
