One assumes that the UK Government was not going to pay the reported £40million ransomware. So the personal data has been shared. The health industry is ripe for cyber attacks, as demonstrated by the United Health hack earlier this year. An attack described as a national security issue and one that paid a ransomware of over $22million.

UK Health PII has been compromised and now pushed out in the wild, data that can only be described as some of the most sensitive data that a person could lose.
