When we move beyond the hype of AI, and being able to use AI to teach us how to boil an egg, to tell us how to tie our shoes, the real work starts. When AI gets to grips with Domain-Specific reasoning, then AI can take on roles where currently domain expertise, knowledge, skills, and experience have yet to be consumed by Gen AI. That’s when we will see real advances in AI. For example, in the field of cybersecurity, risk management, and autonomous audit. Required by organisations that are starting to see cyberregulation become a legal requirement, with civil and criminal penalties.
