It’s important that SCADA and lower level control systems are hardened to withstand cyber attacks, as the consequences of a successful cyber attack are just unthinkable. The oil and gas supply chain, from extraction through distribution and retail is vulnerable.

Notpetya proved what can happen across supply chains. Skilled resources and investment are needed to help address the problem.
