A brilliant report that ranks cybercrime by countries and well worth a read, published by researchers at Oxford University. Underpinning much of what we see on a daily basis, and much we do not.

It shows that a relatively small number of countries house the greatest cybercriminal threat. Russia tops the list, followed by Ukraine, China, the USA, Nigeria, and Romania.
