A large consolidated class action. It would be interesting to view both the breach response reports, Mandiants audit reports from their recommendations prior to the breach.

I wonder what Capital Ones non-financial and financial audits,, 2nd Line of Defence and Board Risk committe reports identified relating to material cyber risks, prior to the breach?
