I am seeking an acquirer for a GRC consultancy. Their client base is blue chip, financial services, TMT, engineering and manufacturing, gaming, 3rd sector. They have a solid pipeline of work, a great brand and reputation.
1. Fee income – Â£1.1m
2. Gross profit = Â£(200k)

The company forms part of a larger non-competing practice. The GRC partners are looking to move out of the parent LLP, build and grow the current practice.
