Are the growing Trans-Pacific container problems an indicator of Supply Chain Risks to come as the world moves out of COVID? Freight is on the move globally as markets open up, but containers are in the wrong place.

There’s no spare capacity in the system and as the Evergreen incident indicated in March 21. The simplest events can create a problem globally.
