As some countries look to legislate and enforce cyber regulation en-mass across CNI. Is there enough time to bring along CNI providers and corporates to quickly close the compliance gap?

Cyber insurers are looking to reduce their risk exposure and the frequency, complexity and severity of attacks increasing. Do corporates have any other choice than to manage the risk themselves and implement cybersecurity?
