Less than a week after going live and people have been hacked using the new service. I dont know enough about the hack. But it’s going to raise alot of questions, least of all GDPR related questions from Dutch regulators.
Simple controls are the order of the day with any new service, forcing complex passwords. 2FA, preventing credential stuffing and brute force attacks. Even I have lost count of the amount of emails I have received from people threatening to publish my porn viewing habits using stolen credentials.
