Chegg, a company which reported a data beach of it’s own in 2018 (resulting in a 12 PC drop in stock price), acquires Thinkful, an online edtech company on 4th of Sept. Which reported a data breach on the 19th Sept 2019. A year to the day Chegg reported its data breach.

Did it affect the acquisition price, or will the sellers be paying something back?
