Federal cybersecurity gets off the starting blocks as the $1trn Infrastructure Bill gets passed.

The bill provides funding that includes cyber for agencies including DHS and CISA. Passing the bill now allows for time on other legislation that includes cyber, such as FISMA 2021

With Chris Inglis looking to enable Federal Government to enforce cyber legislation, 2022 looks to be a year of change for Federal Agencies and their contractors and subcontractors.

This weeks DoD CMMC announcement is one example.
