For those watching and waiting for the SEC to publish its final ruling on cybersecurity risk management for capital markets, this maybe an important action. That could have repercussion for the regulatory authority of U.S Federal Agencies. In the case of the SEC, using its power through its own court and in-house adjudications, violating the right to a jury trial under the U.S. Constitution’s Seventh Amendment. Of course the alternative maybe allow trial by Jury?
