Great article from Professor Michael G. Jacobides on AI losing its innocence. Add to that the challenges we’ve witnessed with Clawdbot, now MoltBot, over the past few weeks, which have demonstrated the power of AI, albeit causing havoc with security. AI is having to grow up fast.
Demonstrating its value, return on investment, security, and board governance are just a few challenges ahead for AI. However, unlike previous ‘bubbles’, AI brings with it significant security and governance issues that require addressing, just in case we end up creating ‘Skynet’.
