How is it possible that there is a single list that contains the details of Afghan nations, Special forces and members of UK secrete services. One list that is in the wild and has been doing the rounds for several years.

A list of the most sensitive information possible, when one considers the outcomes of the information falling into the hands of groups that will without conscience kill those on the list and their families.

At what point did UK data governance rules make it appropriate to combine such sensitive information into a single list; at what point did anyone think that this may not be a good idea in case the list was compromised; at what point did anyone think that the list should be anything other than ‘for your eyes only’, ‘secret’, or ‘top secret’?
