I am looking forward to joining the stage with Jerry Leishman on the 16th of November to discuss How Changing U.S. Department of Defense Cybersecurity Requirements Affect U.S. & U.K. Companies.

The US regulatory environment is developing quickly. DFARS 252.204-7012, 7019 and 7020 regulations require compliance by defence contractors and subcontractors to cybersecurity standard NIST SP 800-171 and cyber incident reporting. DoDI 8510.01(RMF) is being implemented by the DoD consistent with the NIST SP 800 – 37(R2) principles and Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM). Both of which have implications for contractors and subcontractors that have international operations and provide products and services to the DoD.

This is an opportunity to learn more how to navigate the regulatory, contractual and legal risks and obligations of data protection.
