Is it possible to create a culture of peace across the internet. Some countries and companies believe so. Over 130 countries and 90 universities aim to create principles for hygiene and security for products and services. With a growing number of foundations coming together to develop online ethics and behaviours.

But the obvious challenge is, if we find it hard to deliver peace across nations and states with borders. Can we do it across an entity with no boundaries, the internet. Or is that what makes it different?
