Legislation that will require the manufacturers, importers and distributor of consumer connect products in the UK to comply with security regulations from April 2024. The regulation applies to devices that are connected to the internet either directly or indirectly.

Manufacturers of products are required to comply with parts of ETSI EN 303 645 and ISO/ IEC 29147 (https://lnkd.in/eK-v8KSf), specifically password management and vulnerability and patch management processes.
