Plaintiffs from multiple US states launch class actions against Cognizant following a data breach that went undetected for 11 months between 2024 and 2025.
Including individuals from states such as Arizona and California, allege that hackers gained unauthorised access to personal data and Cognizant healthcare claims processing unit, TriZetto Provider Solutions (TPS) failed to protect sensitive information.
