The ability of AI to reason natural language questions into responses, from collective knowledge and information held within LLMs has transformed how we all interrogate information for good and for bad.

AI is providing everyone with the tools to search pools of collective information in ways not imagined less that 5 years ago and with this come significant risks. Risks that organizations need to clearly understand and manage through good corporate governance. As corporate governance is the only process boards have to ensure that their organizations understand and manage AI risks. Risk that effect all aspect of their strategic, operational and financial performance.
