Thank you for posting Andrew Hoog. @Thaddeus Dziekanowski in ones opinion this is an important Form 8-K submission from Option Care Health, a customer of Change Healthcare. A subsidiary of the UnitedHealth Group.

It sends a clear message that cyber attacks effect not just those compromised, but as is the case with the UnitedHealth cyber attack. The Pharmaceutical value chain, demonstrating concentration risk.

Options Care Health informed markets that in the near term, the disruption will effect the Companies Financial results including cash flow and working capital, patient registrations and support, billing and collections and net higher interest expenses.

The questions that come to mind immediately are, who compensates the customers of UnitedHealth and what are the effects of supply chains hacks on the insurance industry. Does the breadth and depth of impact of the attack on United Health and the consequential loses, clarify a Realistic Disaster Scenario (RDS) for the insurance industry? One expects the claims to run on for years and be substantial.
