Thank you for posting John Reed Stark. On the face of it this looks to be a significant decision by the US regulators to bring State Member banks that are part of the Federal Reserve, under the same rules as national Banks.

The Board would presumptively prohibit state member banks from engaging in crypto assets as principle. No more trading crypto on their accounts.
