Thank you Luca Leone. An already strained DIB makes the additional burden of cybersecurity requirements lower down the supply chain difficult to implement. Requiring careful consideration to burden and cost while maintaining cybersecurity standards to protect the loss of the critical data, that National Defence Agencies rely upon to manufacture and support their strategic weapon systems.

One one hand direct IP theft and on the other data and physical asset destruction. Both of which do not support well the deployment or in-service capabilities of modern weapon systems.
