Thank you Ted Dziekanowski. A very interesting report indeed that raises some interesting questions. Failing to implement security, the RMF and assure FEDRAMP compliance means you fail to comply with FISMA, and the DoDs NIST/ CMMC requirements required by congress.

If they only picked 5 cloud services it does make you wonder how many other cloud services may also not meet the required standards. It also begs questions about the oversight of the programs, that consumes $100s Millions for cloud and yet security is a problem. Is it the same for the private sector implementations?
