The FCA, the UK finance regulator, has published its guidance on cryptoassets, Bitcoin. It sets out their position on cryptoassets and guidance for firms in and entering the market should follow.
A bit dry as a document and one for the lawyers. But quite clearly a report that sets the direction of travel for regulatory oversight or maybe an outright ban.
This is clearly a case of buyer beware.
