The lawyer acting for Delta Airlines has made a robust response to the Crowdstrike letter dated 4th August.

In the letter lawyers at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP said they were surprised and disappointed by CrowdStrike’s blame the victim defense. With no basis to suggest that Delta was responsible for the fault software.

Delta reported a $380 million direct revenue cost and $170 million of expenses from the faulty CrowdStrike update.

Bring the popcorn and plenty of it, as the case between Crowdstrike and Delta continues.
