Following the release last week of a proposal to provide oversight of platforms that trade government securities could allow the oversight of digital asset platforms. With Republican Hester pierce favouring a light touch approach digital currency regulation. With concerns that the proposes may impact Decentralised Finance (DeFi) platforms.

There’s an interesting few months ahead for crypto currencies, platforms and digital asset oversight and regulation ahead.
