The regulatory triangle of the US, Russia and China is closing. With the SEC looking to examine how crypto currencies can be bought into their regulatory frameworks. As with all markets that undergo regulatory scrutiny, oversight and assurance the cost of managing crypto exchanges will rise as corporate governance and regulatory regimes are required.

Will this move bring tighter regulatory controls to Permissionless networks?
