The response to cyber incidents is always interesting. On one side we have reports that make it clear that the trust boards involved in the cyber attack in London were aware that their cybersecurity and third party supplier security was at risk. On the other side the hackers take no responsibility for their actions (why would they).
You cannot ignore that fact that cyber attacks are a threat to national and economic security. It’s plastered all over the media.
So who is at fault?
