The US Vice President committed the US to signing onto the Paris Call for Trust and Security in Cyberspace. A initiative announced by the French President in 2018. In a commitment by the US and France to cooperate on cybersecurity initiatives.

The commitment came at the same time the Deputy National Security Advisor Anne Neuberger met EU and NATO leaders to increase international cooperation on cybersecurity.
