With the U.S driving cyber regulation across the public and private sector, facing a growing problem in recruiting the experienced cyber talent.

How will the UK, EU and APAC fair as they lag the U.S in cyber regulation and standards. My concern is the paradigm shift in cyber regulation towards cybersecurity risk management above cybersecurity adds more burden to the growing list of cybersecurity and risk skills required to satisfy regulators.
