You cannot argue with the points raised in the enclosed article. If the figures associated with cybercrime are remotely accurate, even if they are 50% correct, cyber presents a significant risk. All statistics seem to be going in the same direction, up.
No single government can address the cyber problem, it requires a whole of society approach. The question one poses is how does one get boards to focus on cybersecurity? Without which we will not manage cyber crime. It is Industry that is predominantly targeted and foots allot of the bill.
