Israel is not moving as quickly as some would like to bring in new a cyber law despite the appropriate bill, and appoint a new head of cyber for the country. At a time when the threat of cyber increases globally.

But there is a drive to bring in a new cyber law to protect institutions in the country and put in place appropriate penalties for non-compliance. When it will take place is not clear.
