‘Skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been’ – Wayne Gretzky

Last week Ted Dziekanowski and I ran our new board cyber risk education program. A program that provides board members, their advisors and cybersecurity professionals with the fundamentals required to implement cybersecurity risk management and meet U.S and EU cyber risk management regulatory compliance obligations.

We have bought our collective leadership experience in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management and education together. To address Board governance, cybersecurity, risk management oversight and assurance and regulatory compliance.

Our program integrates cybersecurity and risk management standards and CyberSecurity Framework (CSF) profiles into a Target Operating Model (TOM).  A TOM that enables cybersecurity risk management delivery, oversight, and attestation. Creating an integrated, flexible, and global ‘Left of Bang’ solution to meet current and proposed U.S and EU cyber risk management regulations.  Cyber regulations that include the Securities and Exchange Commission, EU NIS 2.0 and DORA proposals and the U.S DoD DFARS and CMMC program.
