An article on why AI reliability is a significant issue for those who use it, and why AI reliability increases exponentially the more you reduce margins of error in AI models and reasoning.

AI is great at reasoning simple solutions, where there is already a high degree of probability of output for known inputs. If you want AI to create a presentation, search data, or reach conclusions based on already known outcomes. But AI becomes less so where the input and outputs are less well correlated, and patterns are harder to find in natural language reasoning.

For complex processes, where the correlation between outputs and inputs is less well known, AI accuracy is poor. This is not good if you want to use AI to resolve complex problems such as those within cybersecurity and audit.
