Thank you for posting Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA, a timely demonstration that US Federal Government, in this case, the Department of Health and Human Services, takes cybersecurity risk management seriously. With HHS reaching settlements across several HIPAA enforcement actions.

With the analogy of ‘it not being the size of the dog in the fight, by the size of the fight in the dog’. One wonders if and how the Federal cyber enforcement agenda will change with the introduction of #CMMC in November 2025.
