As expected Cyber is up there as a significant threat to the US National Security and the public and private sector. Threat actors from China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. Driven by Geopolitics, cybercrime, and now facilitated by AI.
The report is clear about the effects of pre-positioning, intelligence gathering, and the ability of threat actors to execute destructive attacks against US CNI.
A nice overview that adds credibility to what most already know in the public domain.
