The UK Government has reshaped its Cyber & Specialist Operations (CSOC) to reflect the ambition of the 2025 Strategic Defence Review. Recognising that cyber is likely the first domain of defence and attack during conflict.
One hopes, alongside the NCSC, the UK government takes a more active approach to cyber defense for UK industry, as our partner nations are doing the same. The public sector does not have the breadth and depth of coverage to secure the UK’s industry; 99% of UK industry is comprised of SMEs. SMEs that support medium and large companies.
