Call us now:
Gen Ai is not the problem; it’s doing exactly what it says on the tin: it allows people to ask questions, and it gives responses. When one reads the recent MIT report on successful AI usage, it’s not the technology that fails; it’s not the models that have failed. It’s the implementation, driven by the wrong expectations, a lack of knowledge or skill about the processes the AI is being used to solve.
AI is a powerful tool; it’s being thrown at problems as a panacea to fix all ills. AI gives responses using generalised data sets, and users take those responses as fact. AIs only fault is that users have unrealistic expectations as they have been sold unrealistic, over optimistic hype. As Gartner’s AI hype curve demonstrates.
