Can the popcorn and foldup the sun lounger Johnathan Rudy, as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission files letter to stay pending dates due to a Settlement in Principle between the SEC, SolarWinds and Tim Brown. Giving both parties time to finalise paperwork for the settlement.

It likely brings to a close the long running and protracted case between both parties. The settlement will make a very interesting read and one suspects be an indicator of SECs appetite to draw a line under the case. SolarWinds always stated they did nothing wrong, and one suspects the nature of the settlement will enable conclusions to be drawn on the case, and set precedence for future cases.
