Call us now:
Are we walking headlong into a shed load of problems when it comes to AI, we are using it to much, becoming lazy and its destroying cognitive skills such as critical thinking. As we reach for the keyboard in of using our brains to solve problemsAI is a wonderful thing and delivers many benefits, it should be used to enhance human intellect, not dumb it down. AI is not a replacement, but an enhancement to solving problems, it should enable us to reduce the overhead of working on the more tedious, less intellectually challenging activities we all undertake.Critical thinking is an important aspect of our lives, it enables innovation, differentiation and drives growth and diversity. Without critical thinking, people follow rather then lead, they accept what is said as fact, when it could be fiction. Importantly for boards that by-en-large have no understanding of the risks AI poses to their companies, the effect of AI on business strategy, operations and growth has to be balanced with innovation, differentiation, revenue and growth. As the enclosed article points out, Ai provides many opportunities, but as we walk headlong into the next industrial revolution, we should do so with our eye open. A reason why Veritas GRC has created a Board Governance for AI program. @Thaddeus Dziekanowski Brian D.
