One wonders how boards of German companies will remain competitive as the pace of technological advancement, cybersecurity and as we have seen recently AI, increases.One looks at the ages of the leaders in AI and it tends to be less than 45 years old (Sam Altman – 39, founder of DeepSeek Liang Wenfeng 40, Mark Zuckerberg 40, George Kurtz of CrowdStrik 41). These leaders are driving the global change that supervisory board must accommodate.
