Thank you for posting Johnathan Rudy, the SolarWinds SEC Case continues. There was much conversation about how the Judge dismissed most of the case back in July. The SEC seems to be keeping the SolarWinds feet to the fire, seeking clarity from one of its software engineers during his 3 years at SolarWinds. As the case continues.
Appendix B raises many comments on SolarWinds cybersecurity leading up to the 2019 hack. The exchange between the engineer and other staff is quite revealing, as is his proposal to address some of the problems he identified.
